We can direct bill many health insurance plans. We ask that you bring your insurance card to your appointment so we can determine if your plan can be billed directly. Unfortunately, we’re unable to tell how much is covered until we submit your claim. 

Every plan is different, so we highly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly if you have any specific questions about your coverage.
